Hi @Kj123421,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your PC!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Your Internet Connection:

  • Ensure that your internet connection is stable and consider restarting your router.
  • Make sure that other devices connected to the same network are able to access the internet without issues.

Network Troubleshooting:

  • Run the Windows Network Troubleshooter:
    • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status.
    • Click on Network Troubleshooter and follow the instructions.

Disable Firewall Temporarily:

  • Sometimes, the firewall settings may interfere with the download process.
  • Disable the firewall temporarily while you attempt to download the updates:
    • Go to Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Defender Firewall.
    • Click on Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off and select Turn off Windows Defender Firewall for both private and public networks.
  • Remember to turn it back on after the updates are installed.

Check Proxy Settings:

  • Ensure that you are not using any proxy server that may be blocking the connection:
    • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy.
    • Make sure all proxy settings are turned off.

Run the Program as Administrator:

  • Sometimes, running the application with administrative privileges can help:
    • Right-click on OMEN Command Center icon and select Run as administrator.

Update Network Drivers:

  • Ensure that your network drivers are up to date:
    • Right-click on Start and select Device Manager.
    • Expand Network adapters.
    • Right-click on your network adapter and select Update driver.
    • Follow the instructions to search for updated drivers.

Try Alternative Connection:

  • If possible, connect to a different network (e.g., use mobile tethering) to see if the issue persists.

Reinstall OMEN Command Center:

  • Uninstall OMEN Command Center and then reinstall it:
    • Go to Settings > Apps.
    • Find and uninstall OMEN Command Center.
    • Restart your computer.
    • Reinstall OMEN Command Center from the Windows Store.

I hope this helps.
