Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0013dx

Doesn’t recognize an OS and doesn’t load to windows screen. I can only load into bios and it’s supposed to be windows 10. Cannot factory restore or find resolution. Trying not have to invest into buying another OS or hard drive

If the drive tests OK, the only suggestion I can offer would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool to reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

 

Below is the link to the Cloud recovery tool information.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

 

HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store

 

If you have to make the recovery media using another PC, you will have to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed.

 

Your notebook's product number is 2A137UA#ABA
