OMEN by HP 15-dc0000 Laptop PC series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Some days my laptop is perfect.

Other days id like to stamp it into oblivion.

My keyboard seems to have a ghost , i believe its down to a programme or application.

Certain keys mainly gaming keys "a s w d  q e r " seem to have an intermitant problem.

some days they work fine like a dream.

other days they straight up dont work or they appear to lag then spam themself.

as you can imagine this is extremely irritating.

could it be the omen command console?

to fix it i have to remove my power lead shutdown the pc and hold the power button for a minute. sometimes i have to try more than once.

(its not a dirty keyboard)

please please help !
