My omen laptop lag  when I connect the charger ul i checked diagnostic everything is passed successfully,Upto 6.9 watts only taking while plugged in , whenever unplug the charger cpu watt will take upto 20 watts

Yes it's orginal charger , and installed bios also, power mode also set
