Product: OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck0000 (3V6M2AV)

Laptop screen randomly developing coloured lines (bleeding from colours on screen) as of today. They're now persisting. Updated graphics driver via GeForce experience and restart and it still reappears. Lines do not appear on an external monitor.
