Hi
My OMEN by HP - 15-ce012ni screen just went dead 2 days ago and i have tried all the tips and tricks everyone suggested but still no luck. When I connect it too an external screen it works on the external screen but not on the main screen. Windows does not even detect the laptop's main screen.
I did remove the battery and held the power button, deleted and re installed the graphic drivers and even reset windows.
I cant view the bios as it wont show on a external screen.
Is there any help and advice please?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the display on the computer is not working.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
As you have mentioned that the computer works fine on an external display that confirms that the display is gone bad and needs replacement. I recommend you contact support and check the available service options for your computer.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
