Hi,
I'm having an issue with my Omen Mindframe Prime headphones where they only produce white noise and no audio. When I uninstall the drivers, the headphones work fine, but after 5 seconds, Windows automatically reinstalls the latest version of the drivers, and the issue returns. I have the latest version of the drivers installed through Omen Gaming Hub.
I've tried the following troubleshooting steps:
- Checking for firmware updates: There are no available firmware updates for my headphones. (0310)
- Reseating the headphone jack: I've made sure that the headphone jack is fully inserted into my device and that there are no loose connections.
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers: When I uninstall the drivers, the headphones work fine, but Windows automatically reinstalls the latest version of the drivers, and the issue returns.
I'm at a loss for what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Hugo
