Hi,
Can I buy a HP Omen only with SSD?
Why am I forced to buy with  HDD ?

@Via1 , welcome to the forum.

 

There are Omen models that are Configure To Order (CTO).  I have seen several of them that allow you to choose only a SSD.  In fact, I have done so.  The main reason that HP offers the hard drive (HDD) option is, many of the SSD's are 512 GB or less.  The newer apps can use a lot of space on the SSD.  Therefore, it is good to have a HDD for storage or installing apps.  The additional expense is normally minimal.
