Omen sdk package setup is not working.

When I setup Hp omen sdk package the setup wizard succesfully sets the files and restarts but there is no Omen Comman center installation. I looked at Control panel, I searched "Omen" in explorer but there is no instalation.
There is just these files:

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand that you are experiencing issues installing the HP Command center. 

Let's try these steps -

• 1) In the search box, type and open "Uninstall a Program". 
• 2) Look for OMEN Command Center. 
• 3) Right-click to uninstall. 
• 4) Restart the computer. 
• 5) Install the OMEN Command Center from this link.

There is no omen command center in the control panel and I installed omen command center not hp command center. Im already using that app.
