Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b1000 (4Z7T6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Omen 16 Intel model has touchpad issues after 30 to 1 hour of usage. Updated BIOS to F.15 , Windows 11 and everything that HP recommends. Issue persists. I don't understand why HP has marked the issue as solved on this forum while no one has had a conclusive resolution so far. I would like to ask someone from HP to step up their game and provide a feedback to us customers. Btw, the laptop is good except for this nonsensical touchpad.
