HP Omen
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, i have dealt with this with my omen ,however probably not on your scale. Your omen should have a hardware testing environment UEFI. its something that you boot into as if it was the bios but a little differently. From there you can see if its a hardware issue or a OS bug, mine turned out to be a mix of both but i eventually mitigated it miraculously. Reply back with the results.
