Product name is omen by HP 15-DC 1069wm. Product number is 6GH16UA#ABA. I bought a 16gb RAM laptop but now one of the ram stick is incompatible. I had to take out one 8GB ram stick to turn it on.

I reviewed your post and I understand that one of the RAM is incompatible with the computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Are you referring to the RAM which came with the computer or did you purchase it and installed it on the computer?
What is the exact error you are getting?
What is the exact issue you are facing?
Look forward to hearing from you and have a great day!
Take care.
Cheers!

I recommend you contact support as it looks like a hardware issue.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
Cheers!
