Only GPU 0 3D is being utilized, no matter what I do, 

I made power supply maximum and all always starting application with dedicated high performance nvedia graphics. Downloaded the latest drives and all, please help

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

The Notebook has both integrated and Nvidia Graphics

 

By default, a computer with Dynamic Mode switchable graphics uses the integrated, or power-saving, GPU for most applications. The computer will automatically switch to the discrete, or high-performance, GPU when an application requires more performance.
