Hi, there is any way to get a copy of the original Windows pre installed?? 

I upgrade the SSD and install an regular windows 11 version, but the audio device isn't working as normal.

Yes, i wipe the original SSD. I need the original Copy of the operative system.

If some one have a link to download it, i can download it and install it as in do it with the regular windows version

You need another computer to prepare <USB flash drive> to install windows

Download Windows 11 ( Link corrected )

After installation is done, download and install HP drivers

Hi, thanks, Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool the laptop work like new. 

due to the small capasity of the original SSD, i use Mini Tool Partition Wizar to resize the main partition and every work normal.

Afther that, i remove all the bloodware like McAfee, OMEN and HP software and the device work way bether than new.

If i can make a sugestion. i recommend to work on drivers, just the drivers , for Windows 10. that OS still more stable than windows 11, it can be a huge way to sell more devices like this one, making it more atractive for the teck  ambit.
