Just remember: the permanent fix is to reapply good-quality thermal paste and clean the fans while keeping Turbo Boost enabled. You can continue using the laptop with Turbo Boost disabled for now, but eventually you’ll still need to repaste and clean.

You can either get this done at a service center while you are under warranty is still valid, or do it yourself later using good-quality materials.
