Overheating of the laptop

I purchased the laptop about 3 months ago and i have noticed that the when a start playing a high end game or any game asasuch the laptop heats ups within a couple of minutes

The temperatures goes upto 90°C, even with the performance mode and game mode enabled.

The laptop was placed on a flat surface and had proper ventilation. Although I haven't experienced and freezes or crashes in the game, I was wondering if this was normal for a omen notebook.

Also could are there ways to prevent this.

Pretty standard for a 8750H... You can count with a single hand fingers the laptops that can cool down properly that CPU.
The omen brand is no different from the rest, It struggles.
