OMEN by HP 15-dc1058wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have OMEN by HP 15-dc1058wm for (almost) 1.5 years and its cpu's and gpu's temperature is heating so fast. The cpu tempetature gets stuck at 97 celsius. I guess fans are not working at the maximum speed. When i start the laptop the fans spin super fast but then they slow down to medium speed and  they never spin fast again. Even if i get 97 celcius at gaming, fans would work at medium speed. When i play Valorant, CsGo, Dead by Daylight, Cities: Skylines even if i play them on low settings, i still get low fps. Can someone help me? What am i doing wrong?

Hi, have you checked programs that running in your background process? It could be there are some programs that consume lots of your ram or CPU. Hope this can help.
