I can't see my nvidia gpu in task manager as well as device manager. I even did a clean reset but it was not solved. I cant install nvidia drivers, because the nvidia driver software is saying there's no nvidia gpu or gpu has been disconnected. I have a nvidia gpu but not a amd, it used to work till yesterday and
