So i bought the hp omen 15-dc0029np with hdd 1T, about 5 days ago and the pc is too slow. And i know this have a hdd disk but its a brand new computer, and when i oppen the task manager it says that the disk is 100% of usage, and thats wierd because i just turn on the computer.

Can someone help me pls.

@RuiDiogo, I agree that you should talk to the seller.  They should either help you fix it or replace it.

i can go to the store where i bought the pc and complain, beacuse the pc its slow when i start up and its brand new.

And i already did all updates on the pc.
