Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP ZBook workstation. Earlier today everything was fine, however now when I try to start the laptop the power button flashes kinda dimly, then num lock button lights up for a few seconds and shuts off and then the power button lights up and stays like that. I have tried numerous solutions I read here such as holding the power button but then the power button shuts off and the aforementioned sequence starts again(dim flash, num lights, num shuts, power lights and stays) without me pressing anything, I cannot turn the laptop off at all, cannot access the BIOS I tried holding win+B, win+V, spamming Esc, spamming F10c I do not know what to do anymore. Please help me.
