PROBLEM RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON, HP OMEN

Hello.
I have a problem with the right mouse button and touchpad.
If I press the right mouse button several times, there is an error sound in my headphones, depending on the number of clicks, the number of sounds varies. This situation occurs in the game CS GO or Left 4 Dead. In addition to sound, a temporary drop in fps is visible. I will add that I have a laptop for 2 months, and this problem did not occur for the first month. Please help.

Hello @Tyluu 

 

To clarify, the right click causes beeping and even some screen freezing momentarily due to sudden fps drops, correct?

A few others have reported this issue also and the temporary fix has been to uninstall the Omen Command Center.

IF you have the command center installed, try uninstalling it and let me know if it works.

Could you try reinstalling it now and see if the issue comes back?

Get HP System Event Utility - Microsoft Store

 

If you would install these and test it again, It will help us a lot.

Also if it does happen again, I need you to open the command center and click on the Feedback button and report it to the Omen Team.

Also I assume you are using an Omen laptop also?

IF so, would you be willing to try the advice I gave afterward about reinstalling and let me know how it goes?

We cant solve issues without information that users will give.

If you can, let me know what happens. I will need to know what model number Omen you have, what version of Windows 10 is installed and what mouse is used.

 

The Omen team cannot replicate the issue so we need users input.
