Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi my laptop screen broken so I went to hp world to ask so they say that they will take laptop and they will send to service center to repair

So when I get my laptop after screen repair it's boby near hinch broken

And now they stick with glue and try to giving me back I have not taken it what should I do
