Hi. First time here. 

i cannot get past the welcome screen

mu password is unknown as my keys were sticky when I changed it last and I can’t figure it out now. 

there is no administrator option

and no I didn’t set up a recovery file

 

can anyone please help me. I’m in bc, Canada and there doesn’t seem to be any support options here. Thanks
