This laptop cannot start without plug in , i buy new battery and same!!!!! its not even 2 year and this problem is appear??????????? what should i do?

I do bios recovery and still same Fuse blow with new batterey report cannot charge and cannot even start without i plug that **bleep** power adaptor
same laptop cannot start with only Battery
many people has same problem !!!

Let me check your current system configuration.
(1) Run msinfo32
- Select <System Summary>:
--->>> Copy/paste following key/value pairs:
System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )
(2) Please report your results

(1) Download and install
HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI
|188.8.131.52 Rev.A||42.7 MB||Jun 12, 2020||Download|
(3) Please < calibrate > your battery ...
Open windows <device manager> and uninstall "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery"
- Right click on "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery"
- Click "Uninstall device"
- Confirm your choice if you see a popup notification
(4) Shutdown notebook
(5) Disconnect charger
(6) Press and hold <power> button for 30 seconds
(7) Connect charger and wait until battery is fully charged ( check LED indicator )
(8) Start notebook and log in to windows and wait a few minutes
(9) Shutdown notebook
(10) Test your <battery> Using the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI)

It is a new battery i just buy it
Installed and not work that is why i write about this problem here
So its not the battery but low quality components that might be blow up even not 2 year old and is not acceptable !
