i wanted to know if there is any way I can control the fan speed manually

In the BIOS there should be an ability to have it on all the time or not, which gives fan control over to a Delta T that switches it on or off automatically.

 

Otherwise there is no other control delivered with the notebook available to you.

 

There are third-party fan control programs available at  some Gaming and PC enthuisiast websites but I can't recommend them.
