My laptop is now a Win10/Ubuntu dual-boot system. My hard disk was failing so I cloned my disk onto a new travelstar 1TB drive. Everything seemed to go ok once I fixed GRUB. But my win10 installation is significantly slower than it used to be on bootup and loading programs. I noticed that I'm not using the SSD at all and wonder if I screwed something up in the process. What is it typically being used for and can I get back to that?
