Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-dh1005ur

Hi. I'm using my HP Omen 15 laptop for almost 3 years.

I've been noticing lately performance issues in almost all games, even in those with relatively low requirements. FPS drops down dramatically (to 5-15 frames) after 10-15 minutes of gameplay, and my graphic card core is loaded by 100% (I have GeForce RTX 2080 Super with Max-Q Design, 8Gb). It's not heating, the temperature is about 60-70 degrees. I don't recognize any issues, all drivers are up-to-date, no other heavy processes are running, Avast didn't find any malware. 

What could be the problem? I'll appreciate an advice
