Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b0000 (33Z77AV)
I use a 230-watt adaptor and whenever I play a game the graphic card crashes this does not happen on battery and I have tried with a 200-watt adaptor this also does not have the same problem, but the performance drops, and I don't know if it is even healthy for the battery I wonder if this could be fixed or if it is a hardware issue.
I still have my warranty active so I would really want to be certain and possibly get it corrected in time please help, thanks.
