HP Omen Gaming Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have an Omen gaming laptop that is solely used with a separate monitor and I want to power up the computer with an external keyboard.  I'm not seeing options in the bios for this and curious if it is even possible to do that with this computer. ( The laptop lid is always closed and the power button is not easy to accessed  based on my set up.)

Powering on with a keyboard requires a connection to the PC that is monitored even when the PC is off.  The (really) old PS/2 connectors were monitored all the time, so with a keyboard plugged into that, you could do this.  The newer USB connectors are not monitored, so you can't do this.
