Hi,
My laptop got stuck while starting up. Power button and charging lights are on but everything else including the screen is off. I have removed the charging cable but charging light was still on. I tried to shut it down by holding the power button (up to 30 seconds) but nothing changed. The battery is internal so I can not remove it.
I will be glad if you could provide some help.
Best Regards.
