Power off instantly in my HP victus laptop

Hello I own an HP victus gaming laptop and for the past weeks I've been trying to solve the issue of the power button once pressed on it turns on then instantly off. (LED light turns on in the button)

The repair shop recognised that even when the motherboard is removed the pc doesn't Beep in recognition.

I tried the normal hard reset of removing battery and pressing the button for 30 seconds. It didn't work or is it different for Victus laptops?? 

Please help .
