Primary Battery: Weak
The battery is functioning correctly, but due to normal aging of the battery, the battery life between charges is significantly shorter than when the battery was new. The battery may be covered by your HP Warranty. Please contact HP.

The battery diagnostic confirms that the primary battery is weak and its capacity has significantly reduced. As the diagnostic indicates that the battery may be covered under the HP warranty, and the warranty is currently active, please provide the Failure ID GW43MR-BPTD70-MFPWXG-C0FW23 to the nearest authorised HP Service Center. I would request you to have the device inspected and serviced by the Service Center so the battery can be replaced if found eligible under the warranty. https://support.hp.com/in-en/help/service-center
