My laptop window get corrupted and now booting up laptop show install os in hard drive. I tried installing windows but its show pop up media file not found.
I have checked internet over this problem they showing to install usb 3.0 buss controller from intel site.
But problem is that my laptop have amd processes 4600h
Is it work??
Or i have not found software for amd processer.
Kindly help me out

Hi:
If your notebook came with W10 preinstalled from HP, I recommend you use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
