Product: HP Pavilion 15 Laptop PC 15-eh3000 (794P4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The usb port was not working and the tecnician assigned was unable to solve the issue. My case also was closed without even solving my problem . Don't know what to do next file  complaint again or what . Please help.
