is this email legit also how can I go about checking previous notes for this case as he told me the warranty was extended until November of this year but this is not reflected on my account is this a scam??

Hello this is the email I got previously from a supposed member the only thing I still don’t understand is the official number for hp I am speaking with a phone number ending in 8628 and he is requesting payment to repair computer
Enethough James told me previously the warranty was entended
now they created a new case

After checking the case number you provided, I found that the PC’s warranty expired recently, on April 11, 2025. While it's unfortunate that it's no longer covered, there may still be options available to you.

The case manager's contact number is different from the regular HP support line, and you should already have it from your case documentation.
