I purchased the laptop yesterday, and i tried two different headphones to play some games, and i had the same problem with both ( the right one sounds good, but the left one sound pretty bad ) and i thought the problem was with the headphones. Today i bought a headset and when i plugged in, i tried to listen to music to check the headphones, and i had the same problem. I don’t know what to do. The left ear from the headset sounds horrible, but the right one sounds good.

Did you purchase the laptop in a store or online?
If in a store, take it in for an exchange.
Or contact HP Support for a warranty issue.
