Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I’m not able to open apps from the start menu and i can’t even open settings using windows+I. My user account is not showing up on netplwiz when I open run, and the run as administrator option is not coming when i try to open command prompt or any such.

 

When I open an app from taskbar it does open, but not from start menu.
