Hello

My problem is that mouse cursor is wavy/rippling when I slowly move it from one side to another. When i don't touch it then it's ok.
I thought that it's problem with my mouse Omen X9000, but I have another HAMA (laser) mouse and problem is the same, as well as touchpad

Mouse Pad doesn't change anything, without it also

When I move my mouse very fast then I see stuttering. It doesn't move the full lenght on my screen

I tried to reinstall drivers - but no fix

I tried different USB docks - no fix

@ScaVen,

Thank you for showing your interest in HP Support Forums. It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel.

I understand you are in need of support,

I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I will need more details:

In this scenario, I would suggest here is to start off by updating the drivers using Windows update:

1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Next thing, I would suggest here is to update the Bios, Chipset, synaptics drivers and  graphics card drivers from our HP support website, using this link.

Also, download and install HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.

Refer this link to know how to use HP support assistant.

Once done, restart the computer and check.

If the issue persists, I would suggest this could be an issue with the User profile, In this scenario, I would suggest here is to create a new user account and then try to login.

Hope this answers your question.

Good luck and keep me posted about the developments. If this helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution” as it will help several others with the same issue and give the post a Kudos for my efforts to help. Thank you and have a great week ahead. 🙂
