OMEN by HP 15-ax251nb Laptop PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I'm having problems to connect my HP omen laptop to multiple (2) external monitors. One monitor is connected to the HDMI port of my laptop and the other monitor is connected via a USB-A to HDMI device. Bot ports work individually and result in a working monitor, but when I plug both cables in, a fraction of a second, my computer detects two external monitors. But then it just picks one of the two (the built in HDMI port). I can't get them working at the same time.

I can't figure out what setting I have to adjust to be compatible with multiple external monitors. Can somebody help me please? Thanks!

Hi Banhien,

Thanks for replying. The specifications of my product (https://www.amazon.com.be/dp/B08X4387LB?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&language=en_GB) do not say anything about this certificate. Is this a problem?
