Omen 15 ek0013nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone i am new to the community

i am the owner of an Omen 15 i7 10750h processor with 2060 graphics card purchased two weeks ago.

I have a CPU overtemperature problem and to solve it I thought about undervolting on the omen gaming hub.

undervolt works perfectly and sets me -0.075 mv of voltage on the cores and cache but this value reverts to the original each time the PC restarts.

i monitored everything  on  hw monitor and i run the benchmarks and i got good temperatures.

I would like to understand how to permanently set this value in my BIOS

My version of BIOS i f.07 and the model of my PC i the Omen 15 ek0013nl

Thanks for support

I reviewed your post and I understand that the settings in the Omen gaming hub are getting changed when you restart the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

You will not be able to under volt the CPU from the BIOS. I recommend uninstall the Omen Gaming hub and download and install from the Microsoft store and test.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Thank you for posting back.

I am writing you on behalf of  The_Fossette as he is away from work, and he suggested that I write to you concerning.

To get the answer to this question, for under volting flashing the BIOS to the latest version may not be stable. However, you could update the configuration at your own discretion.

Keep me posted for further assistance.
