There was a problem with my HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-dk0042tx laptop. It was not reading nor displaying my hard drive, therefore I brought it into an official HP service center located in Kota Kasablanka. Arriving there everything was good, replacing the hard drive would take several days for the part to be requested. Just yesterday at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I recieved a message from the HP service center whatsapp stating that my HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-dk0042tx's repair was completed and can be retrieved. I would like to also mention that I wanted to increase my RAM but it was no problem. The problem is that the service center closed today and will be until the 21st of July because of PPKM. I have school on the 12th. What should I do? An employee mentioned something about delivering my product to my home but I have my ssd because I don't want the date to be lost as it was a risk for the ssd's data to be removed as the product was being repaired. What should I do? Does the delivery person can install my ssd back or I have to wait until the 21st? How do I contact the service center? The phone numbers they have given was not answered.
