HP 15-fb0002na
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I am looking to upgrade the RAM in my HP Victus 15-fb0002na but cannot find the details anywhere. I have tried entering serial number on the memory websites but it says it’s not recognised and also not recognised on HP website. Does anyone know what RAM this takes please so I can upgrade it.

Hi:

Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates the max memory is 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-3200.

You can do this to see how much memory your notebook can support:

1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.

This will open the command prompt.

2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.

There, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.

The Crucial memory site indicates the model series can support up to 64 GB of memory.
