Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello everyone,

 

I searched and could not find a proper answer regarding the  ram upgrade on my Victus 16-e0000.  I`m not sure if it's capable of handling ddr5 ram and i hope to get some help here.

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

 

Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade info.

 

The notebook supports up to 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 memory.

 

DDR5 memory is not supported.
