Hi everyone,

 

 Potentially a stupid question but I'm new into laptops and computing in general. 

I have the following laptop:

 I have being told conflicting information regarding the upgrade options on this. 

 

 Does it have two slots for RAM and two slots for memory?

Hi:

 

HP only has the service manual for the older 16-d0xxx model series.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

 

The notebook has two memory slots and can also support 2 NVMe SSD's.

 

The only major difference regarding the memory info is that your notebook uses the newer DDR5-4800 memory and not the older DDR4-3200 memory.
