i want to upgrade my ram , looks to low for that laptop , but not sure how much ram can suport and is it possible to change it by myself or i need help. Any help ?

Most probably 32GB as you are on Kaby-Lake platform! But to make sure download AIDA64...on Motherboard-->Chipset tab...you have the information about the max memory and the memory speeds it supports!
