Windows 11 Home

A month after buying the laptop, I started experiencing this problem where the FPS would drop from a stable number to anywhere between 5-20, and would stay that way for 10 seconds. However, it didn't occur that often. Now, it has come to the point where these frame drops happen every minute, making anything unplayable.
One thing that I have noticed is that during these framedrops, the GPU UTILISATION goes down from above 80 to around 5 or 10%. And the CPU UTILISATION goes up.

Solutions that I have tried:
1) Lowering Graphical Settings: Doesn't change anything, no matter the graphics, problem persists

2) Performed DDU and reinstalled Nvidia drivers: Does nothing

3) Bios is already updated

4) Changed Power plans, settings in Nvidia Control Panel and everything else to 'Prefer Maximum Performance': Does nothing

5) Disabled Hardware accelerated GPU scheduling: Does nothing

6) Disabled unimportant startup apps and useless background processes: Does nothing

7) Disabled Game DVR from the Registry Editor: The games actually ran fine for one session. But the next time I played, all the problems showed up again

😎 Temps are alright, nothing abnormal

9) Reinstalled Windows: I re-installed Warzone from Steam and played it without any hiccups for 3 hours. However, the next time I played it, the frame drops started happening once again.

So basically I have done everything I possibly could. I am absolutely clueless as to what is causing all these massive random frame drops. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

(I once thought all this might be due to Nvidia Optimus, but I am not sure if this laptop has Optimus)
