The only contact info we get is the same they give everyone.
It's the service link that offers support contact via what ever is available in your country.
I have everyone contact support directly rather than wait for a global fix anyway.

HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-cx0144tx
Product number:4QM28PA
Even I'm facing the same problem of sudden shutdown/restart. Sometimes I do get the blue screen before the shutdown. Few times, the shutdown is just after I start/boot my laptop.
This has all started after the BIOS update which was in the month of May or June.
Currently, the BIOS installed is F.22, but still I'm facing the same problem.
No Solutions yet?

Spoke to HP India Support through WhatsApp and they told me they've already forwarded this issue to their high level team... but how much longer do we have to wait for a solution?? It's been WEEKS. So extremely disappointed, this was my first time buying an HP laptop and it will probably be my last.

Yeah, i checked on hwinfo the max temps is 100C after bios update. I think it cause the shutdown.
Before bios update, avg temps is 75-80C
And now for temporary fix, i use ryzen controller to limit my cpu temps
My laptop spec :
Pavilion Gaming 15 ec0001ax, Ryzen 5 3550H, GTX 1050 3GB, 16GB Ram, 512 SSD

We need a permanent solution. I informed HP Turkiye and they told me to bring my laptop to service which is away from 35 km's.. I know that they can't revert back my BIOS. WE NEED A NEWER BIOS UPDATE WITH PROPER FIX
