I have HP OMEN 15 for a week and I am testing a laptop if there is a product defect or something. and I found my RGB keyboard not showing a true color. it happens when I trying to set my 4-zone keyboard RGB to one color. my 'A' key is green while the others are blue. so is this the software or product defect? thank you

Hello!
Unfortunately the "RGB" lighting within the keyboards used in your model, the 17t-cb000, and likely other models do not seem to be fully capable RGB LEDs. These LEDs are unable to correctly replicate most of the set colors correctly. Most times they look washed out, or the completely wrong color.
White (shows as blue-ish):
White appears blue, red used to contrast the color.
WASD keys set to blue, and the rest set to completely white, yet they're all blue.
Orange cannot be properly replicated:
Shades of Orange, yet the middle appears completely yellow, and the far right appears green.
Some shades of blue show up incorrectly.
The many shades of blue, yet they're set in this order (left to right: Blue, Indigo, Violet, Purple).
