hello, there is a problem with my ram when I first bought the computer, there is 7.9 available ram, now there is 5.7 available ram, when I looked at the solutions, there were a few settings, I did not have it, there is a bios as the final solution, but advanced options are not in my bios, I also looked at it, I tried a few ways, but it did not happen, please help me !!
