Product: Hp Omen 17-an113nm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is it possible to upgrade my ram? Currently I have 8 gb but I need more any advice would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

Yes, it is capable of a total of 32GB.

If you  are going to add to the existing stick, you need to match the current timings of the existing stick.

Like this...

mem timings cpuz.JPG

 

Or if going higher, use a matched pair to prevent possible issues.

Here is what I recommend that works very well...
